SF Express (Self-Pickup Locker / Service Point) Guidelines

Customers may choose to collect theirorders via SF Express Self-Pickup Lockers or Service Points. To ensure a smoothdelivery process, please take note of the following terms:

  • Pickup Time Limit: The standard pickup period is 48 hours (starting from the time the parcel is placed in the locker or arrives at the service point).

  • Overdue Handling: If the parcel is not collected within the time limit, SF Express will consider the shipment abandoned. We will then coordinate with SF Express to arrange for the goods to be returned to our warehouse.

  • Administrative Fees: Any order returned to our warehouse due to failure of collection will incur a Return Recovery Administrative Fee of no less than $30 per item.

  • Re-delivery Arrangement: Once the goods are successfully returned to our warehouse, we will notify you to arrange for re-delivery. Customers are required to settle the aforementioned administrative fee in advance. The parcel will then be re-sent via SF Express (Freight Collect).

  • Abandonment Policy: If no response is received from the customer within one month from the date of our notification, the order will be deemed automatically abandoned. The company will not issue any refunds or return the goods, and no further notice will be provided.

Appointment, Delivery and Pickup Services

1.     Variousadditional Services are available for order on the Online Store, including:

Pickup of Product at the German Pool's stores by the Customer; and arrangementof delivery of Product by the German Pool to the address specified by theCustomer.

2.     Alldates quoted by the Company for pickup / delivery of Product are estimatesonly.

3.     TheCompany shall not be liable if delivery or pickup of the Product is delayed orunsuccessful, due to, including without limitation any of the followingreasons:

-         Incorrectinformation provided by the Customer (for example, incorrect delivery addressor contact information);

-         Noone is available to receive the Product when the Product is delivered;

-         Weatherand Traffic Issues;

-         Faultdue to third party courier; or

-         Othercircumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

4.     TheCompany reserves the right not to deliver the Product to a specificaddress,even if it is a Hong Kong address. Three to seven extra working daysare needed for order delivery to remote areas. The exact delivery time dependson the dispatching schedule from the courier company.

5.     Unlessotherwise specified, the Customer is required to pay a specified delivery feefor delivery of the Product to the address specified by the Customer. The exactdelivery fee will be subject to the designated address provided by the Customerand the delivery fee may vary from time to time.

6.     Customermay be required to pay an additional delivery fee if the Customer did notprovide the correct delivery address.

7.     Forstore pickup, the Company will not accept any changes to the store selected forpickup once the Order has been confirmed.

8.     Forpickup of Product in store, the Customer or the person authorised by theCustomer for pickup is required to open the package(s) and check allProduct(s)before signing the official receipt. No return or refund will be madeafter the signing of the official receipt.

9.     TheCompany reserves the right to revise any terms of the deliveryservice(including but not limited to the covered areas for delivery and thedelivery fee) from time to time without prior notice.

10. The Company will not accept anychanges to the delivery method (delivery or store pickup) once the Order hasbeen confirmed.

11. There is no delivery service onSundays and public holidays.

12. In case of rainstorm warningand typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service scheduled for the daywill be cancelled and the customer will be contacted for delivery within thenext working day.

13. Different districts will havespecific delivery date

14. Delivery service is onlyapplicable within Hong Kong (including Tung Chung, and Ma Wan but excludingHong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay,outlying islands,closed areas, P.O. Box, Post Box and not applicable where there is no elevatoror the elevator is not accessible). No delivery or self-collection services areavailable in other locations.

Risk of Loss or Damage

Any title, right, or risk in the Productshall transfer to the Customer upon the physical delivery of the Product to theaddress identified by the Customer in the Online Order Form, regardless whetherthe Customer is the designated recipient of the delivery. If the customerrequests to place the item at the management office, reception, concierge,outside the door or other designated locations, we will handle it according tothe instructions and take photos as proof. However, if any damage or loss occursafterward, our company will not be responsible, and the customer may need toreport the matter to the police. Our company will cooperate withthe investigation but will not compensate for any losses.
