Goods Exchange
I. Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered.
II. German Pool (HK) estore guarantees the exchange of products within 7 working days of purchase if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product*. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and at the same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no delivery cost will be charged.

*Your product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted over 2 days after the date product is received;
- Not purchased at German Pool (HK) estore
- Products that are not in complete packing, accessories, and user guide.
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. otherwise, the retail value will be charged.
- The official purchase invoice is missing.
- Request based on personal preference only.

No refund and return of the product
All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all their information, including product model, specification, and price carefully before placing order. Dispute
I. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
II. In case of dispute, German Pool (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to a final decision.
