General Terms and Conditions applicable to German Pool estore Offer / Discount Code / Discount Voucher
1. German Pool estore Offer / Discount Code / Discount Voucher (here in below called"promotion(s)") by us shall only be applicable for one-off purchase of Product(s) at the estore, subject to these Terms and Conditions for Promotion Offers.
2. Each promotion is a limited time offer, and German Pool reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time without prior notice.
3. Each promotion may not be used in conjunction with other offers, promotional codes or other discounts offered on the estore.
4. The promotion may be, from time to time, specified to be only applicable subject to other requirements and applicable terms and conditions. If a minimum purchase amount is required, then any tax or duty or delivery fees will not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount. DISCOUNT CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Enter code in cart page to enjoy discount offer.
2. Customers must enter the coupon code during the online shopping transaction process to complete all orders.
3. This promo code is only applicable to members of German Pool estore (not applicable as a guest checkout). Each order can use one promo code only.
4. This Offer can only be used in German Pool estore only.
5. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions / offers / coupons.

COUPONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The coupons distributed during this promotion may vary for each individual. There cords in the company's system shall prevail.
2. Some coupons are only applicable to specific product categories or products, please refer to the coupon pages for details.
3. Some coupons require a minimum net spending amount per order to be used. Specific requirements can be found on the respective coupon pages. The qualifying amount excludes shipping fees.
4. Customers must enter the designated coupon code on the checkout page to enjoy the specified discount. The final discount shall be based on the amount shown in the [Shopping Cart] at checkout.
5. Each order can only use each coupon once.
6. All coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other gifts and services, nor can they be copied, transferred, or resold. Coupons have usage limits and are available on a first-come, first-served basis until stock runs out.
7. Customers must enter the correct coupon code to enjoy the promotion. If a customer forgets to enter the coupon code, the discount will not be reissued or applied retroactively.
8. Orders using promotion coupons cannot be modified. If an order involves a refund or return, the used coupon will not be reissued.
