GERMAN POOL VIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
The GPVIP is organised by German Pool (Hong Kong) Limited (“German Pool,” “we,” or“us”). When we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person accessing these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the GPVIP. By participating in the GPVIP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By joining the GPVIP you also agree to be bound by our Platform Terms of Use ("Platform Terms of Use"), and our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").
By clicking the “Agree” button to these Terms when joining the GPVIP, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms in all aspects.If you do not agree with these Terms or any part hereof, please immediately stop signing up for the GPVIP.
1.VALIDITY AND AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms shall apply to you when you submit a GPVIP application.
1.2 German Pool may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and for the purpose of maintaining trading order, protecting consumer rights, adjusting GPVIP plans or related services,etc.
1.3 Any amendment to these Terms shall become effective upon publishing on the Website (or any other effective date as specified by us). Please check these Terms regularly to keep yourself posted of relevant amendments in time. If you are not agreeable to any amendment, you shall immediately cease to use the GPVIP services. If you continue to use the GPVIP services after the amendment becomes effective, you will be deemed to have fully accepted such amendment.
2.ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To participate in the GPVIP, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) or Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Macau”). By enrolling and participating in the GPVIP, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.EARNING POINTS
3.1 As a member of the GPVIP, you will be entitled to earn membership level points(“Level Points”) and points to spend (“Points to Spend”) (together, the“Points”).
3.2 You will earn Points for purchases (subject to the limitations set out in these Terms) that you make on the Website, the GPVIP App or in selected participating German Pool retail stores in Hong Kong or Macau (the"Stores") (together, the "Eligible Channels"). For every HK$1 spent you will earn 1 Point to Spend. Any amount spent which is less than HK$1 will not be counted towards the Points.
3.3 Purchases include purchases of regular priced and discounted German Pool products. Purchases at stores other than the Eligible Channels will not qualify for Points (even if you purchase German Pool products).
3.4 In addition to earning Points for purchases, you can also earn Points for certain interactions with us.
- Welcome bonus: When you first successfully register as a member of the GPVIP,we will automatically credit your account with Points to thank you for joining.
- Birthday bonus: You may be eligible for bonus Points on your birthday based on your level. This will be automatically credited to your membership account.Birthday bonus Points will be awarded only once during a calendar year.
3.5 From time to time, we, in our sole discretion, may change, discontinue, or add interactions where you can earn Points and change the number of Points earned, with or without prior notification to you.
3.6 You must provide your GPVIP membership identification (email address or membership ID) in the Stores, or be logged into your GPVIP account on the Website or GPVIP App to receive the eligible Points for your purchases or inter actions.
3.7 Cash discounts or any amount deducted by coupons will not be counted towards the Points.
3.8 Members can check the Points after logging in to the membership account on the Website.
3.9 Notwithstanding any other provisions in these Terms, no Points will be generated in the following cases:
- If members cannot provide their membership account number before payment when making purchase of German Pool products at any German Pool Stores; Any claim request of Points after the transaction is made will not be entertained;
- Certain German Pool products for which it was expressed to be disregarded for the purpose of accumulating Points;
- If members resell their German Pool products on third-party sites ore-commerce platforms, the Points generated from such transaction will not be counted, and German Pool has the right to deduct or adjust the Points which has already been generated at its discretion.
3.10 Points to Spend cannot be transferred between members. Points to Spend cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.USE OF ACCOUNT
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. The GPVIP is for your personal use only. You must not share your German Pool membership identification and password or in any way make them accessible to others. You must immediately inform the German Pool customer services team of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
4.2. At any time, we may review the validity of the information for your GPVIP registration in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and rules, and may log you out or terminate your GPVIP based on the results of the review.
